 How Do I Order?

Browse through the products that you love, then click "Add to cart" and "Check out". Enter your shipping and billing details and wait for your order to arrived at your doorstep. It is that easy :)

 Oh No! I Need To Modify My Order!

Unfortunately, please note that we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not been fulfilled yet. If you want to change anything in your order, please contact us via email support@lateconcept.com within 24 hours after placing your order. If the order has been shipped, we can no longer make modifications to your order.

 What if the Item(s) I Received are Defective/Incorrect/Damaged ?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact our Customer Support Team to start the return process. Please include the following information:

Order Number, Proof of Purchase, Video or Photo of the Faulty Product (If Applicable), Delivery Address and Contact Telephone Number.

 How Long Is the Returns Process?

Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.

For return items, a full refund will be credited for ONLY defective products. 

 When Will I Receive My Refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. if you paid by credit card, refunds will be sent to the card issuing bank within 14 business days of receipt of the returned or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
