How Much Is Shipping?
Shipping cost varies depending on your location and shipping options. International shipping usually range from $0 - $20.00 and USA shipping is FREE.
Why didn't My Order Come Together In One Package?
We ship your orders from various international warehouses (US, Canada and China). Our inventory is distributed over multiple fulfillment centers around the world in order for you to receive the order faster. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually.
You may receive an item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once as the others are on the way. If you do not receive all your purchase within 5 weeks, please contact us to look into your shipment.
I Have A Technical Issue With The Website
We've found that most issues are related to the web browser being used, we recommend the latest version of the following browsers:

How Do I Return An Item?
We always try source for the best quality products for our customers. However, there are many factors that might have resulted your products to be damaged in the transit.
All purchases made through our website are final. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Buyers are required to provide photographic evidence of the product defects to email@example.com
Also, if your item arrives broken, please kindly contact us by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org let us know your problem and we will gladly send you a FRESH new item.
*If you are returning clothing, clutches, or pouches your return will usually be processed within 2-3 weeks. We’ll send a confirmation email once the return has been completed. Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received once the return has been processed.*
Why Isn’t My Tracking Link Working?
If the tracking link you have been provided in your shipping confirmation email fails to pull up shipping information, please copy the tracking confirmation number from your email and enter it directly onto the shipping carrier site here for detailed information on your package's shipping status!
If you're still unable to locate the package, email us to email@example.com and provide us with your ship-to name, the email address used to place the order, and order number. We'll look into the matter as soon as possible!
When Will My Order Ship?
Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours of placing the order. We do not ship on weekends. We only offer one rate of shipping:
Standard Shipping (USA): 10-15 business days
Packages shipped to international addresses generally take 12-17 business days to arrive including the processing and handling time. Shipping overseas to an APO address can take up to 45 days to arrive.

My Package Never Arrived, What Should I Do?
If you have not received your order within the timeframe established for U.S. shipping here or international shipping here, you might want to check with your neighbors to ensure the package wasn't mistakenly placed nearby. Occasionally, carriers leave a package at a door nearby in error.
If you're unable to locate the package, contact us and provide us with your name, shipping address, the email used to place your order, and order number. We'll look into the matter as soon as possible!
What If I received The Wrong Item?
If you have received an incorrect item contact us provide your name, order number, and which item(s) you are missing. We'll make certain the issue is resolved for you!
Do You Include Prices When You Ship Products?
We do not include any pricing information in our packages when they ship, so if you're sending this to a very lucky friend as a gift never fear!
How Do I Use My Coupon Code?
Enter your coupon code in the "Apply Coupon Code" section under "Order Summary" during the checkout process. Hit apply and the discount amount will be reflected on the order total immediately!
Can I Use Multiple Coupon Codes On My Order?
Only one coupon code may be used per order.
Will My Coupon Code Work On Sale Items?
No, coupon codes will not work on sale items. If you have sale items in your cart they will not reflect the discount. Only items that are not on sale will be discounted.
How do I Track My Package?
Once we Process your order, We will send you a tracking number when your order ships. Simply visit the carrier's website and enter the tracking number to see the shipping status of your package.
Why Can't I Track My Order On The Website?
Please note that the tracking information will be displayed after 2-5 days after being updated.
Therefore, if you can't find tracking information about your package, please try in 2-5 days after you make the order.
Help! There's A Problem With My Shipment!
If there's an issue with your package, please contact our Support Team. Please be sure to include your order and tracking numbers, a brief explanation of the problem, and any case or reference numbers you have started with the carrier.

Current payment methods for US orders are Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, and PayPal.

How Do I Order?
Browse through the products that you love, then click "Add to cart" and "Check out". Enter your shipping and billing details and wait for your order to arrived at your doorstep. It is that easy :)
Oh No! I Need To Modify My Order!
Unfortunately, please note that we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not been fulfilled yet. If you want to change anything in your order, please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours after placing your order. If the order has been shipped, we can no longer make modifications to your order.

How Long Is the Returns Process?
Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.
For return items, a full refund will be credited for ONLY defective products.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. if you paid by credit card, refunds will be sent to the card issuing bank within 14 business days of receipt of the returned or cancellation request.
