Why Do We Get Pimples On Our Back?
There is something we can all agree with: acne pimples on our back, or bacne, are awful. They could cause an aching, itching, and discomfort on our skin. But, don’t worry, you’re not alone. Many of us have been fighting with this skin problem in our lives. However, we can do a couple things to prevent and control them. But if they persist and go out of control, don't think twice to go and see your dermatologist.
Acne pimples appear when some dead skin cells and fat get trapped in the pores. This process creates an obstruction and becomes a painful pimple when the bacteria encroach. They could emerge on your back for several reasons, but mostly because of our bad habits.
Reasons for apparition of acne pimples on our back
Not using the right skin-products
Be careful with the products you choose to use, such as from sunscreen to body cream. Even your shampoo or conditioner can clog onto your pores if you have long hair. If you don't use products made for your type of skin, they could give you troubles. Try to choose the right products with the assistance of your dermatologist, and don’t forget to make sure you wash and dry your back after a shower.
Unfortunately, if you have first or second-degree relatives, which suffered from pimply skin, don't be surprised if you get them too. Get around these genes by washing correctly your back and exfoliating it once per week. And again, don’t forget to dry your back to make sure no residues remain.
They aren't permanent, but they can cause annoying pimples. However, you can't prevent acne by using the same basic daily skin-care that women with a gene predisposition to no having acne use.
Your clothes don't help
It’s a well-known fact that exercises are good for our health. Sweating could be a great ally to purify your follicles, but if you wear those moist clothes longer than workout time, your pores could get blocked. Take a shower every time you exercise and don't spend all day long with you upper clothes wet.
Your diet isn't appropriate
It's very important to watch over what we eat. Our diet carries a big weight in our beauty and health, and that includes our skin. Having a well-balanced diet is one of the most effective things you can do to prevent blackheads. Don't underestimate the power of eating healthy.
